How You Can Help

You have a choice about what charities you support, and we’re grateful you’re choosing Community Home Health & Hospice. We’re a local nonprofit healthcare agency that serves the entire community. Your gifts bring peace of mind to patients and families during a difficult time in their lives. This includes people without health insurance or limited financial resources. Your gifts to Community make a big impact on hundreds of individuals every day.

The impact of your gifts

Area of Greatest Need

This is one of the most valuable gifts you can make to support our patients and families. These resources help us respond quickly to emerging needs to provide what’s necessary as well as what’s visionary. Examples of how we might use these funds include: patient programs, transportation to patients’ homes, technology, staffing, or facility enhancement.

Pets are members of the family, and when a family member is receiving hospice care, they don’t need to worry about the care of their beloved pets. This free program provides pet-related services (food, veterinary care, grooming, and more) to hospice patients. Volunteers assist with these services.
