Friends of Hospice, Southwest Washington, ardently supports the endeavor to remodel the Community Home, Health and Hospice Center in Longview. CHHH has done an exemplary job of providing for patients at the end of their lives, whether through home care or in one of their two centers. Their compassionate care is to be commended as they strive to provide patients and their families with the resources necessary at this crucial time. They are a true asset to our community!
As CHHH was the first hospice care center in the state of Washington (opening in 1984}, it seems fitting that the remodel should be, first and foremost, a matter of utmost importance and precedence. The remodeled hospice center will be afforded the opportunity to continue in their excellence of care for hospice patients for many years to come.
We wish you all the best as you further the cause, and provide for hospice care in an updated facility in the state of Washington.
