VANCOUVER, Wash., March 15, 2019 – Community Home Health & Hospice is offering an eight-week, free Grief Recovery Method Support Group in Vancouver. The group will meet on Wednesdays from April 10-May 29, 2019, from 1pm-3pm. “The Grief Recovery group helped me to realize that I had grief from past losses that was complicating my current grief. Then I learned how to process my grief in a healthier way,” Susan, Grief Recovery Group attendee.
This new grief support group provides the opportunity to process grief caused by loss. The Grief Recovery Method utilizes written material and assignments offering new avenues to express and process your grief. This program creates a safe environment in which to look at old believes about grief and receive new tools to complete unresolved emotions that may still be causing you pain. This is an 8-week group and attendance is expected for optimum benefit. This group is free and open to anyone, not just those touched by hospice, it will be facilitated by a trained Grief Recovery Specialist. Registration is required, 360.703.0300 or griefsupport@chhh.org.
