VANCOUVER, Wash., November 12 –The public is invited to Light up your night! on Tuesday, November 17 and Wednesday, November 18 from 5 – 7 pm at the Community Hospice Care Center – Salmon Creek located at 3102 NE 134th Street in Vancouver. Visit the care center to light a memorial luminary and enjoy activities and refreshments sponsored by Community Hospice in recognition of National Hospice Month.
Community Hospice joins agencies across the nation to raise awareness about the benefits of hospice services. Community has cared for Clark County hospice patients and families since 1988. Over the years, thousands of lives have been touched by Community’s hospice program. This summer, Community opened a new hospice care center on 6 acres of wooded wetlands in Salmon Creek. The center resembles a Pacific Northwest guest lodge and offers 10 spacious patient suites, family rooms, outdoor courtyard and free RV parking.
