Vancouver, Wash., September 21, 2015 – Community Home Health & Hospice (Community) invites everyone to light up your night with a luminary in memory or in honor of your loved ones on Thursday, September 24, 2015 as part of Give More 24! From 8-10 pm, luminaries will light up the courtyard at the new Community Hospice Care Center, 3102 NE 134th St., Vancouver.
Give More 24! is an annual 24-hour ONLINE giving day for Southwest Washington. Donations may be made at www.give-more-24.org and selecting Community.
In addition to the online campaign, Community will light a luminary in memory or in honor of your loved ones in the courtyard of the care center. Visit the new care center and customize your luminary, make a donation and enter to win a Northwest-inspired gift basket.
All funds raised from Give More 24! go toward free grief support and bereavement services for everyone in the community.
