Make a quick donation and join us for ice cream September 20, 2018, from 10:30 am – 11:30 am at The Elaine and Don Heimbigner Hospice Care Center, 3102 NE 134th St., Vancouver. Help kick-off our 24-hour fundraiser for our bereavement program. Your donation will help us continue to provide free bereavement support to our community. “I love the (bereavement) group, it has been life changing for us. My boys want to be like the volunteers here, to help others through grief,” said Deborah, grief support group attendee. Community Home Health & Hospice offers free bereavement support to anyone in the community who has lost a loved one, not just those touched by hospice.
