Van Sickle has been with Community Home Health & Hospice for 15 years. She started as a relief nurse, moved to case manager, then clinical coordinator. She is currently the home health and home care manager for both Longview and Vancouver. Van Sickle has been instrumental in many changes throughout Community Home Health & Hospice over the years. In her current role, she oversees more than 100 staff members. She enjoys her role and is always looking for ways to expand to meet patient and community needs. “This is an amazing agency to work for,” said Van Sickle. “The employees are like a second family to me and inspire me by their devotion to their patients.”
