Invest in Community with year-end IRA gift
Beginning at age 70 ½, the IRS compels you to take required minimum distributions (RMD) from your IRA by the end of the calendar year. This portion is taxed as income and may push you into a higher tax bracket.
Rather than withdraw this year, ask your adviser to distribute with the IRA charitable rollover program and consider making a gift to Community. For married couples, each spouse can make Qualified Charitable Donations (QCD) up to a $100,000 limit for a potential total of $200,000.
Help us help our community in need. To make a gift from your IRA, contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 360.957.2256.
