Comfort Care Love
Community Home Health & Hospice provides services in four counties: Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, and Clark in Washington, and Columbia in Oregon.
 

Home Health, Hospice, Home Care, Bereavement, and Volunteer Opportunities are available throughout the service area.

The Hospice Care Center is located in Cowlitz County at the Longview location. Any hospice appropriate patient can be admitted to the 12-bed Care Center with a doctor’s order even out of our service area.
